Developing management capacity of MIM - Bulgaria Ltd by introducing of system resource management

The current project proposal presented by MIM - Bulgaria Jsc. is the result of strategic management decisions to improve the overall organization of work in the company. Its implementation will allow development of managerial capacity through the implementation and integration of information ERP system, bringing together all company's activities related to resource management, business processes, customer service, collection, processing and analysis of data, storage, finance, waste and marketing. To achieve the objectives of the project will acquire and deploy appropriate ICT-based system for managing the company resources. Marketing of quality products is a combination of multiple managerial, administrative and technological processes that are essential to increase productivity and competitiveness of the company, and are a precondition for export. Activities through to achieve the basic and specific objectives of the project are: 1. Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity through re-certification already introduced by the company management systems according to ISO 14001: 2015 and 9001: 2015. 2. Activity to encourage the use of ICT technologies and services through the implementation and integration of ERP system; 3. Activities to promote the use of ICT technologies and services by purchasing new equipment necessary for the operation of ERP system; 4. Visualization of the project. These activities are necessary to successfully manage processes within the company and permanently overcome the problems related to the control and organization of production and administrative activities, processing, exchange and storage of information, creation of analytical information for making effective management decisions managing relationships with suppliers and customers, personnel management and waste. The expected results will be reflected in improved capacity and successful presence of intense competitive foreign markets.
