Developing the managing capacity of Screen Brothers Production Ltd by implementing an ERP business managing software system

Through the implementation of the project "Developing the managing capacity of Screen Brothers Production Ltd by implementing an ERP business managing software system" the company plans to implement ERP solution that covers all requirements and needs related to integrated and comprehensive planning, management, control and analysis in all production and business processes in the company. The system will use a single database for all activities within the organization - from maintaining the warehouse, purchasing and sales, finance, accounting and administration to client relations and project management, and thus a complete business management solution for the company will be achieved. The software integrates all processes in an integrated environment using a common database so various departments can easily and effectively share information. ERP systems are high-end fully integrated, which means that information is entered only once and without further treatment is reflected in all relevant modules. These capabilities will be built into the system to enable it to provide the necessary information for each department, according to its requirements and simultaneously serve the needs of employees and management. The innovations will develop the management capacity of the company and will optimize the processes within the company, which will lead to economic benefits - productivity growth, increasing sales revenue and export earnings and improving the competitiveness of the company. Through the implementation of the ERP system will be reduced the document use in the company and therefore the use of paper that is the main waste from the operation of the company. In addition an organizational innovation will be introduced in in the company consisting in strengthening the accountability in decision-making, introducing a system of distribution of responsibilities between employees and organization of the relations with customers.
