Developing management capacity of ANIMO SOFTUER LTD by introducing management systems

ANIMO SOFTUER LTD is an IT company established in 1995. The main activity is development, implementation and sale of specialized software products in the field of trade, finance and engineering work, as well as selling hardware and providing consulting services in the field of information technology. The company operates in North Planning Region - town Lovech. Currently ANIMO SOFTUER LTD has no unified system for resource management, which creates difficulty in collecting, processing and analyzing information and leads to poor internal corporate organization. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and efficiency of services, which will increase the competitiveness of ANIMO SOFTUER LTD. The main activities under current project are, as follows: 1. Aquisition and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes in ANIMO SOFTUER LTD - "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)"; 2. Investing in new equipment, contributing to the implementation of the ERP system; 3. Development and implementation in the company of an integrated management system for quality and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 4. Certification of the integrated quality management system and environmental system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 5. Information and publicity of the project. The project will improve the competitiveness of ANIMO SOFTUER LTD by improving the management model and organization of key processes in the business, increase revenues and improve the market position of the company.
