This project is aimed at developing and strengthening the management capacity of STUDIO X DIGITAL Ltd. to increase its competitiveness and export potential. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of the project: 1. Improving the management processes and organization 2. Introduction of organizational innovation To implement the objectives the following activities will be carried out: * Re-engineering of business processes; * Implementation and certification of Integrated Management System covering the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 27001: 2013; * Development and implementation ICT-based software for managing business processes. * Investment in new equipment to ensure the conditions for continuous and smooth functioning of ICT-based systems and applications. As a result of implementation of project activities the following will be achieved: - Improving management processes and organization and implementation of organizational innovation - Introduction and implementation of effective management systems to ensure quality of services, including the European and world market; - Introduction and application of ICT-based systems and applications for management and organization of resources, production activity and core business processes and thus increase the competitiveness and export potential of the company. RESULT INDICATORS: - Volume of exports of services - increasing average revenues generated from export; - Productivity - productivity growth. This project will contribute to the realization of the following principles of horizontal EU policies: - Promote gender equality and non-discrimination; - Sustainable Development.
