Investments for improvement of the management capacity in SMUGLER LTD.

SMUGLER Ltd. is a company that produces wood furniture for the Bulgarian market. In the project proposal the company plans to implement and certify new management systems according to the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In addition a purchase of specialized software application for designing furniture is planned, that would support the implementation and certification of ISO 9001:2015. In the same time SMUGLER Ltd. will implement an integrated software application in order to automate the management of the business processes in the company and by doing this to achieve much more efficient control. The planned measures will allow SMUGLER Ltd. to develop managerial capacity and give serious prerequisites for the organization to grow outside the national market. Furthermore the project realization will help for the achievement of the objectives of the procedure "Development of managerial capacity and growth of SMEs": - Improve the capacity of Bulgarian SMEs for better presence in the intense competitive foreign markets through the introduction and implementation of quality management systems, good manufacturing practices, ICT-based systems and applications for business management.
