Easier access to international markets and increased productivity at "GLOBAL ELECTRONIC SOLUTIONS " Ltd.

The implementation of this project aims to support "GLOBAL ELECTRONIC SOLUTIONS " Ltd. at provision of IT services on international markets through the implementation of standards , systems and ICT -based software for managing business processes , strengthening and developing the management capacity of the company. Several factors are the main problem for achieving the target. The biggest of them is the lack embedded in company with internationally recognized standards and management systems - a prerequisite for mistrust and lack of security in the international counterparties. Another problem - because of the small number of employees in the company wasn''t build a mechanism for managing business processes. To solve both problems identified and achieve the objectives set by the head of the company the project will undergo a major re-engineering of processes in the company, the results of which will be implemented in line with the introduction of entirely new systems and certificates. Strengthening management capacity will be directly tied to meeting the requirements of international markets in the provision of IT services, as provided for implementation and certification of: system of environmental management BS EN 14001 ; standard quality management BS EN ISO 9001; standard for managing information security BS ISO / IEC 27001 ; system for IT service management ISO 20000-1; Standard EN ISO 22301 : 2014. To cover the specific requirements of these standards will be implemented ICT -based software - Software to manage customer relationships CRM; HELP - desk management system processes customer service; Software configuration management of IT units; Software for monitoring of networks and systems. Expected results of the implementation of the activities is a new approach to the management of business processes in the company and meeting the requirements of international markets - key prerequisites for increasing exports of services.
