Erudita Pharmacy - enterprise for boutique pharmaceutics

The project proposal, entitled Erudita Pharmacy - enterprise for boutique pharmaceutics, with a candidate ERUDITA PHARMACY LTD., filed the procedure BG16RFOP002-2.002 of Operation Program "Innovation and Competitiveness". It is to be executed in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria for a period of 15 months and aims to achieve the following objectives: * Developing and strengthening the management capacity of the Applicant by supporting specialized services for reengineering and implementation of management systems; * Improving the potential for market expansion by promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services. They are aimed at achieving the objective of the procedure and cover the 2 required objectives. Achieving goals is planned to happen by implementing the following activities: 1. Reengineering Service; 2. Introduction of the Management Systems to the requirements of the two international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; 3. Investments in acquiring of new equipment; 4. Certification of the Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; 5. Use of services for development and implementation of an ERP system; 6. Activities for visualization of the project. Budget needed to carry out these activities is 231 310.00 BGN, out of which 161 917.00 BGN is a public funding by the Operation Program "Competitiveness and Innovation" and the private/own investments are of 69 393.00 BGN. The proposal is in line with the EU horizontal policies: - Promoting gender equality and non-discrimination; and - Sustainable development. While being performed, the project will lead to improvement of the Management Processes and Organization of Activity of the Applicant, including improvement in: the process of planning and decision-making, the process of organizing the resources, the process of organizing the production processes, the process of implementing of a product and the process of internationalizing of the product.
