Developing management capacity and growth of company KOLORIT PRESS Ltd.

Kolorit Press Ltd. is a company with twelve years of experience in the printing industry, specialized in full color, warm and embossing printing, UV varnishing, laminating on micro corrugated cardboard and cardboard, cold laminating, die-cutting and gluing. The company develops its activities in accordance with the best practices of printed art. Following the results of implemented investment projects, combined with good management, the company has made steady growth of financial indicators in previous years. Considering the positive growth of the enterprise, company’s main challenge is the need to improve the internal environment. With the expansion of company's activities, the need for better organization and traceability of processes in the enterprise – from the moment of sending a request from the customer, through implementation, to report and subsequent relationship with the client – becomes more pressing. This would allow traceability of materialsas well as traceability of labor input of employees in order to achieve equitable remuneration. To meet these needs,"Kolorit Press is planning to implement a unified system for process management in the enterprise – ERP with CRM modules. The successful implementation of those activities will lead to the optimization of business processes in the company, allowing concentration of resources towards expansion of enterprise activities and attracting new customers, including abroad. This investment will lead to the following results: the information for all departments will be stored in a common database; the control on the adoption and monitoring of contracts will be strengthen; the improved organization will have a direct positive effect on the manufacturing process which will become more efficient and traceable; the information gathered will allow making analysis on the performance of departments in order to detect problematic structures and early identification of inefficient units.
