Developing and strengthening management capacity of Rusevplast LTD and promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services in the enterprise

The current project proposal presented by Rusevplast Ltd. is the result of strategic management decisions to improve the overall organization of the work of the company. The challenges facing to company for ensuring sustainability of the business are related to improve the management capacity, enhance the export potential, increasing the quality of products and services, and their optimization by promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services. This project provides business process improvement and quality of services that will overcome existing barriers to Rusevplast Ltd. through the following activities: 1. Activities for development and strengthen the management capacity through the introduction of Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 14001: 2015 and 9001:2015 and the acquiring fixed assets and specialized software applications representing intangible fixed assets, contributing the introduction and enforcement of compliance with the introduced and certified integrated system. 2. Activity to encourage the use of ICT technologies and services through the development and implementation of ERP system; 3. Activities to promote the use of ICT technologies and services by purchasing new equipment necessary for the operation of ERP and system; 4. Visualization of the project. These activities are necessary to successfully manage processes within the company and permanently overcome the problems related to the control and organization of production and administrative activities, processing, exchange and storage of information, creation of analytical information for making effective management decisions managing relationships with suppliers and customers, personnel management and waste. The expected results will reflected in improved capacity and successful presence of intense competitive foreign markets.
