Implementation of an integrated information system for business process management in Mirvana Ltd. - a guarantee for higher competitiveness

Mirvana Ltd was established in 1995 in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. Its main activity is production of ladies apparel, as the company is specialized in production of washed sporting clothes - skirts, pants and sports jackets, as well as outerwear - coats. The increased number of orders over the last two years, both in qualitative and quantitative terms, requires the company to make investments in optimization of business processes and improvement of production control. Therefore, the overall objective of the current project is: to develop and strengthen the management capacity of Mirvana Ltd. and create prerequisites for growth on both Bulgarian and European market through optimization of processes in the organization. The specific objectives of the project, which will contribute to achieve the main objective are: - Improvement of work processes and quality control through implementation of software for business process management; - Improvement of services and increasing of customer satisfaction through better internal organization of activities; - Increasing of the export potential of the company due to the introduction and implementation of ICT-based system for organization of resources, production activity and key business processes; - Optimization of production costs. The specific measures that will lead to the successful implementation of the foregoing general and specific objectives are: - delivery and implementation of an integrated information system for business process management; - purchase of hardware equipment, providing the effective functioning of the managemet of business processes.
