Developing management capacity and growth of "ZOOM DESIGN" Ltd.

“ZUM DESIGN” OOD is a company established in 2009 with its main scope of activity being Preprint, print, design marketing materials, graphic design. The expanding of market positions and enhancing the degree of internationalization and competitiveness on foreign markets characterized with high intensity of competition struggle impose the continuous management improvement and development.To this end,the present project is aimed directly to management development and company growth and its main purpose is: ”To achieve development and strengthening of management of “ZUM DESIGN” as SME using the support of special services and to provide company growth by encouraging the use of ICT and services.” The project shall be implemented by the accomplishment of the following complex of activities allowable under the current procedure: I.Activities related to the development and strengthening of companies’management: 1/Introduction and certifying of management systems (MS) in accordance with the requirements of national/European/international standards including introduction and certifying of MS in accordance with ENISO9001 and investments in new equipment and specialized software contributing to the introduction and observing compliance with the requirements of the introduced and certified MS II.Activities related to encouraging the use of ICT and services: 1/Activities for achieving and introducing ICT based software for business process management in enterprises III.Activities related to project visualization The expected result of the project implementation is company capacity improvement for more successful presence at the intensively competitive foreign markets by introduction and application of MS and ICT based MS in business. The project falls also in the present procedure priorities related to the introduction of systems of environment management and participation in procedures under OPDCBE and OPIC.
