"Development of managerial capacity and growth "Signalizacia" Ltd through implementation of ERP system and product certification"

The overall objective of this project is to promote the competitiveness of "Signalizacia" Ltd. by supporting the introduction of specific software system for process management in the company (ERP system) compliance of products with national, European and international norms and standards, and Bulgarian apply technical specifications, a declaration of conformity and with instructions for application drawn up in Bulgarian language by which to improve its competitiveness and thus improve the quality of their products and opportunities for expansion and export. Activities and results are directly in line with the primary objective of this procedure "Development of management capacity and growth of small and medium enterprises in Bulgaria by supporting specialized services and promote the use of information and communication technologies and services." The specific objectives of the project are: - Development and implementation of an ERP system covering all specific enterprise processes; - Achieving product compliance for new product now - thermoplastic paint for horizontal road marking with the applicable product standards BS EN 1871: 2004, BS EN 1436: 2007 + A1: 2009 and BS EN 1970: 2013. To ensure the quality and consistency of performance of the manufactured thermoplastic paint in compliance with these standards provide for the purchase of laboratory equipment for quality control of thermoplastic products. Successful implementation of the planned project activities will directly contribute to the objectives of the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014 - 2020 on increasing the competitiveness of Bulgarian enterprises through process optimization in "Signalizacia" Ltd. and increased confidence in the company in connection with commitment in terms of quality and achieving product compliance.
