Developing management capacity of "ADASOFT" OOD

“ADASOFT” OOD has been in the market of software development for 20 years and the company has managed to establish itself as a reliable supplier of software and methodology products. Since 2014 the company is operating on the international market and promoting an internally developed product – audit process automation software (independent external audit and internal financial audit). Main project objective is to improve management capacity and growth potential of “ADASOFT” OOD. The objective is going to be achieved by the implementation of the following activities – implementation and certification of an information security management system in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, consultancy services for implementation of the already functioning quality management system in order to achieve compliance with the latest version of ISO 9001:2015 and re-certification of the QMS, development and implementation of a CRM and development and implementation of new modules to the existing ERP for the purposes of CRM integration and waste management, investment in new equipment and specialized software needed for the functioning of the CRM and collocation services. An activity for visualization is also planned. As a result of the implementation of the project specific improvements will be introduced in all major processes for management and organization of the company as well as organizational innovations. The company is going to have effectively implemented and functioning information security and quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013. This result together with the implemented CRM and its integration with the existing ERP is to have immediate and significant effect on productivity, sales revenue, export share and the global competitiveness of the company. All activities will be implemented so that they contribute to the achievement of the horizontal principles of sustainable development, equality and lack of discrimination.
