JUNONA-KATYA GENEVA EOOD is engaged in the manufacture and sale of ladies and children clothing under the brand name of "JUNONA". It occupies a leading position on the Bulgarian market and successfully implements part of its production on markets in Russia, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and England . The company was founded in 2000 by Katia Geneva, who is the sole shareholder, manager and chief designer. Globalization and increasing competition now impose dynamic adaptation od the company to the changing needs of the economy and consumer demand. Supporting SMEs to increase their capacity in the growth of regional, national and international markets and their participation in the innovation process under this procedure shall only contribute to this end. This project proposal of the applicant, aimed at organizational innovations to boost productivity, potential export operations, quality and protection of environment, shall include: 1.Development and implementation of management systems in accordance with the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Control Standard for BS EN ISO 14001: 2015 environmental control; 2. New equipment investments, contributing to the implementation and compliance with the requirements imposed by certified systems for quality management and environment preservation. 3. Promoting project objectives and results achieved, by appropriate information and communication measures; The investment for the enhancing management and company prosperity as a result of the successful implementation of this project shall not only contribute to the introduction and implementation of effective quality management systems of products, services, processes and environment, but will create conditions for improving productivity and export potential, and consequently the competitiveness of JUNONA-KATYA GENEVA EOOD.
