Developing management capacity in the company ZIIU "Standard" The company ZIIU "Standard" carries out its main activities in the sector Metal products and it is the market leader in measuring instruments in Bulgaria. The sector is characterized by strong competitive environment, which requires periodic investments and unremitting efforts to maintain and expand the market position of market participants. The company is focused on using innovative solutions to improve its products and optimize the cost of their creation. To increase its sales and expand the market share of the company, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the company. The business processes optimization is only possible through improved activities of decision making. The business processes optimization will allow competent action by management to achieve the objectives. The presence of conditions for making the right management decisions will ensure sustainability, development and expansion of market positions. Within the project, the company plans to introduce software for managing business processes closely linked to the specifics of its activities. Proposed to implement ICT system is a fully integrated web-based solution, including management of all main processes on which depends a successful development that meets the contemporary needs of our company. The lack of ICT softwear solution to support the successful implementation of all main processes of does not allow increasing the efficiency of the company. There is a risk of admission gaps in operational performance and difficulties in planning of current and long term tasks. The implementation of project activities will contribute to the overall development of the organization, will improve its management and will expand its market position in the domestic and foreign markets.
