Development of management capacity and growth of MEGACHIM Jsc.

Megachim Jsc., founded in 1996, is among the leaders on the domestic market in the production of paints and varnishes and conductor of the introduction of novelties and innovations in the industry. The company manufactures products for coatings (paints, varnishes, primers, thinners) for industrial and home use. The products are of several types: systems in an organic solvent, water-based systems, high solid systems with little or no solvent content. They are used by professional (industrial) users to protect objects from metal, wood, plastic. The subject of this project proposal is the acquisition and implementation of an ERP system for business process management in the enterprise. The system will allow all departments and processes in the enterprise / Warehouse, Delivery, Distribution, Manufacturing, Trade, Accounting, Quality Management, Management of waste from manufacturing, Transportation, etc., to be covered by a single management system. This will optimize the use and planning of resources / material, technical, human /, will optimize the production process organization, will optimize customer relationships at home and abroad, hence the sales, and all of this will lead to increased management capacity of the company and will support the growth of MEGACHIM AD, will improve the processes of internationalization of products and will increase export earnings. In implementation of the project proposal we will realize management activities of the project, selection of contractors, visualization, final reading. The expected effects of the investment in ERP system are to achieve competitive advantage over other companies in the industry, optimization of business processes in the enterprise, realization of the growth of enterprise and internationalization of production, and from there on, as steps in the implementation of medium and long term development strategy of the company.
