Intelligent and socially responisble growth at Intelday

The proposed project solves a series of challenges which Intelday has been facing primarily due to the accelerated pace of doing business and of global digitization, resulting in a fundamental change of the functions and the business model of the company, having transformed it from a pure PR agency into a strategic communications consultancy and a one-stop-shop required to perform the entire mix of data processing services, information and media monitoring, provision of digitla analyses, digital marketing and other knowledge-intensive information and communication services (sector J). These recent changes in the business of the company provoke the need to fundamentally change the internal management and production processes in Intelday. They have to undergo a radical reorganization and to be heavily technologically supported. The main objective of the project is therefore to improve the management capacity of Intelday Solutions and the adaptability of the company to the changing business requirements to achieve higher growth, more efficient use of resources and improved export positions. This will be achieved by - Employing specialized external expert services for reengineering of the internal processes to achieve a high level of optimization, utilizing the existing potential to grow and to increase the overall competitiveness of the company - Providing access to information and communication technologies - an integrated BI system employed under an SaaS model to improve certain monitoring processes, to ensure sustainability and to multiply the benefits of the process reorganizations - Implementing CSR management practices and standardization in addition to the existing ISO 9001: 2008 compliant QMS to improve the export potential, access to new market segments and the overall integrity and sustainability of Intelday's growth. The project will be implemented in the city of Sofia and will be the first in which the company becomes a beneficiary under the OPs.
