"Nordix" Ltd. is one of the leading Bulgarian companies producing alcoholic beverages. Founded in 1993, this alcohol factory produces a wide range of spirits, most of which have a good acceptance at the markets of USA, Russia, Israel, Turkey and others. At present, the enterprise have no system of quality management in use. In response to changing market requirements within the project "Nordix" Ltd. plans to implement and certify to ISO 9001: 2015, which will increase customer satisfaction and competitiveness and its share of both Bulgarian and international market . Since its establishment the company constantly invests in building technology and production capacity and high production modules. To move to the next stage in its development the company needs to make investments in improvement of the models of governance and organization of the main processes in the business. In order to ensure maximum efficiency of the organization, control, forecasting, planning and business management, within the project "Nordix" Ltd. plans to acquire and implement ERP software system and a hardware, required for installation, maintenance and full use of the functionality. This will optimize production processes, increase productivity and create a base for expanding the volume of export production.
