Development of management capacity and growth in "IZOTSERVICE - STARA ZAGORA" Ltd

IZOTSERVIZ-STARA ZAGORA LTD was established in 1999. The activities started with sale, warranty and service of electronic systems with fiscal memory, electronic cash registers and computer systems. The company is specialized in development and maintenance of software systems for maintenance of gas stations. IZOTSESERVIZ-STARA ZAGORA LTD is engaged in manufacture, installation and warranty and non-warranty, maintenance of installations for sale of light fuels. The company carries out repair of pressure vessels, pumps and flow meters for LPG and light fuel, builds and maintains industrial installations. The main activities of the project include: Activities for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the enterprise through the implementation and certification of management systems in accordance with the requirements of the new revisions of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 . Activities for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the enterprise through the implementation and certification of management of the system for the management of information security in accordance with requirements of ISO 27001:2013. Activities for promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services, which include activities for the development and introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes. Activities for the visualization of the project- publicity measures and awareness according to the rules of Regulation (EC) № 1303/2013. The expected results are to improve the capacity of the company for more successful presence on the competitive external markets by introducing and implementing management systems, ICT-based systems and applications for business management and specifically the acquisition of certificates for re-certified management systems; obtaining a license of the operation of the ICT system from the selected provider.
