Management capacity

Bulgarian SME BDINTEX EOOD has developed this project in order to develop its activities and especilally to develop its management capacity and achieve growth as a whole and in connection with the export. The project aims BDINTEX Ltd: 1) to obtain specialized services for development, implementation and certification of management system - systems for environmental management EMAS, 2) to expand the use of ICT and services through the development, implementation and use of ICT-based systems and applications for managing business processes in enterprises - specific processes and documentation, connected and adapted to the current use in the company. The activities are: 1) Activitiy to develop and strengthen the management capacity of enterprise through the development, impelementatipn and certification of system for environmental management according to the standard EMAS, as planned concrete result of the activity is obtaining a certificate for the standard EMAS 2) Activity to support the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition of software (license) for database and fixed assets - server configuration and computers for system operators - a direct result is available assets and their use in purpose. 3) Activity to support the use of information and communication technologies and services through the implementation of Specialized ICT-based systems and applications for managing business processes in the company - specific processes and documentation incl. connected and adapted to current use in the company - a direct result is available implemented system and its use in purpose. 4) Visualization of the project - the direct result is informed all interested parties with the projetc and its results and compliance with the rules of awareness and promotion of the project. The implementation period is 18 months, and the place is the town Vidin, Bulgaria.
