Antoan Vill is among the leading companies in Bulgaria which produce women’s clothes. The company was established in 1991 in the city of Russe, and specializes in producing clothes. Its main products are women’s skirts, trousers, jackets, dresses, etc. Antoan Vill has so far been developing at a steady pace. Nevertheless, in the conditions of a difficult economic situation and pressure from Eastern Asian companies, the company is faced with difficulties in providing bigger competitive advantage. Currently, the main challenge for Antoan Vill is the purchasing of a software to manage the company’s business processes. The company’s constant development leads to solving one type of problems along with another type arising. Expanding market positions and the higher number of orders over the last 2 years, in terms of both quality and quantity, has made it necessary for the company to invest in modern ITC technologies to better manage business processes and resources. Therefore, the main activity under this investment project is related exactly to commissioning an ITC-based business process management system and purchasing the hardware needed for the system’s operation. By successfully implementing this project, Antoan Vill will achieve the following results: + improvement the competitiveness of Antoan Vill by improving the management model and overall organization of the key processes in the company's business activity; + better planning and management of the company’s processes; + encouraging the use of ITC technologies in the company; + overall enhanced management capacity and new growth opportunities.
