Enhancing the management capacity and environmental responsibility

The main activity of Nekrato Ltd is the production and distribution of mattresses, frames and accessories. The sales of mattresses form 85% of the total net incomes, the sales from mattress, frames and accessories make up the remaining 15% of the total income. The company has developed distribution networks which cover the entire Bulgarian market. In 2011, Nekrato Ltd launched two stores in Sofia and Burgas, as well as two regional wholesale warehouses in Burgas and Asenovgrad. Today the company is well known and Mattresses "Paradise" trademark is a popular brand on the Bulgarian market. With this project, Nekrato Ltd aims to develop efficient and competitive production and business through increase of its managing capacity as well as its responsibility for the environment. The activities through which we can achieve this are listed in the project proposal: I. Activities for development and reinforcement of the managing capacity of the company. 1.Introduction and certification of a Environmental management system, in accordance with the national standard BDS EN ISO 14001:2015 – the company will declare its awareness and commitment to the protection of the environment as it improves its resource and energy efficiency. Obtaining a certificate of conformity will increase the competitive advantages of the company on the external markets and will result in increase of the export. II. Activities for encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services: 2.Acquisition and implementation of ERP system – it will lead to improvement of the business processes, of the company as a whole, and focus on the increased productivity through better management and providing continuity in the processes related to orders, resource supplies, production and delivery to customers. 3.Purchase of the equipment necessary for the functioning of the ERP system – it will ensure the work of the new electronic management platform.
