Developing the management capacity and increasing the growth of Karmela 2000 Ltd. through the introduction of system for management of business processes

The project of Karmela 2000 Ltd. is aimed at developing its management capacity, as well as increasing its growth through the use of information and communication technologies for management of the business processes. The project includes activities from category II. Activities for encouragement of the use of information and communication technologies and services, among which: 1. Activity for purchasing and introducing of ICT-based software for management of the business processes in the company During the project Karmela 2000 Ltd. envisages the purchase and introduction of an ERP system of a new generation. The new system will replace the old existing system whose limited functionalities do not allow the company to improve the organization of the production processes, to optimize the use of resources, to take effectively decisions, to control all operations and levels, to better the realization of its products and to increase the number of its clients. 2. Activities for investment in new equipment and specialized software, contributing to the introduction and functioning of the ERP system for management of the business processes in the company In order to introduce the new integrated ERP system Karmela 2000 Ltd. envisages the purchase of server equipment and software. They are necessary for the installation and the maintenance of the system and will enable its functionality. Other type of equipment to be purchased to ensure an important functionality of the system includes mobile barcode scanner devices and printer for printing of barcodes that will be integrated through the system with the materials and goods in stock and the information for sent orders. As a result of the project implementation a new ERP system will be introduced in the company which will develop the management capacity of Karmela 2000 Ltd. through the use of ICT-based software and will increase its growth – direct outcome from the improvement of all business processes.
