Developing the management capacity of Apriori Ltd. by implementing management systems and ISO certification;

Apriori Ltd. is production company founded in 2005; The company combines the experience and teams of two famous studios in Bulgaria - Dark Light Entertainment Ltd. and Studio Sokerov Ltd. Both companies individually have extensive experience in the production and manufacturing of audiovisual works -Ads, music videos, movies, television productions, 2D and 3D animation. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and efficiency of services, which will increase the competitiveness of the company. Key project activities: 1. Development and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes in Apriori Ltd. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); 2. Investing in new equipment, contributing to the implementation of the ERP system; 3. Development and implementation in the company, management system for quality and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 900 and ISO 14001; 4. Certification of the integrated quality management and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and SO 14001; 5. preview. The project will improve the competitiveness of Apriori Ltd., by improving the management model and organization of activities, increase sales revenue and improve market positions.The project is fully in line with Priority Axis 2 of OPIC to develop and strengthen the management capacity of SMEs and promoting the use of ICT and services to improve the export advantages of Bulgarian enterprises in international markets.
