Improving management capacity and growth of Ilina Ltd., through introduction of ICT-based systems for management of business processes in the enterprise.

The present project proposal is pointed at the stimulating of Ilina Ltd.'s growth by promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services through the following activities:1.Developing and implementation of resource management ERP system;2.Acquisition and implementation of a MOM system for production management;3.Project visualization. The introduction of multifunctional ERP system will provide opportunity to analyse the main problems in the business processes of the firm and ability to solve them,by integration of interrelated software processes and modules,applicable to the technical, manufacturing and the administrative personnel.The system will work and collect Real-time data.It will be used for automation and optimization of finance management, also the management of the supply chain,warehousing, distribution,manufacturing,services,customer relations,projects and human customer relations,projects and human resources.The activity of developing and implementing of MOM system is necessary to Ilina ltd,because it will improve the production capacity of the firm trought its options for operational planning and monitoring of the processes.The manufacturing software will be able to work with the ERP system,providing more detailed and functional information about the working process.The investment will be implemented in the field of:PVC and aluminum profile production and the implementation will provide to the company long term competitive advantage by making her one of the most innovative companies in that market segment.The new fully automated method in the organization of the daily activities and the fundamental change in the way of implementation of various processes,that will increase the quantitative indicators of the products and the customer service.That will answer the demand of high-quality profiles at optimal price,which have high export potential and real chances for successful realization on the foreign market.
