Strengthening the management capacity of Doni Style Ltd. through the introduction of an integrated software system for managing business processes

Doni Style Ltd. was founded in 2009.The enterpise specializes in producing high quality garments in a wide range including T-shirts, polo shirts, trousers and jackets. The main challenge before Doni Style Ltd.is the limited capacity for coordination and harmonization of business processes in the firm. The lack of an unified information system,bringing together the main stages of production in a form that to optimizes their management, leads to a delayed development of the company and reduces the competitiveness and export potential of Doni Style ltd. That is why through this proposal,the firm plans to invest into the introduction of an integrated software system for managing business processes, which represents a solution for process management in the enterprise.The system will ensure the acquisition of information in real time based on data collected and processed by the software and securing the organization of the main processes.The enterprise plans acquiring periphery and specialized equipment for the functioning of the system. The overall objective of this project proposal is to develop the managerial capacity of Doni Style Ltd. by optimizing the business processes in the company, which in turn will lead to promoting the use of ICT technologies. The specific project objectives are: -Acquisition and implementation of an integrated software system for managing business processes in order to automate the management and organization of basic business processes and to promote the use of ICT -Purchase of periphery necessary for the operation of an integrated software system, working servers, mail server, backup server, uninterruptible power supply and 10 computer work stations for the introduction of the integrated system. The result of the project will result in the increased presence of the enterprise on external markets through the introduction of a software system for managing business processes in order to enhance the management capacity of the company.
