Increasing the competitiveness of " BazliLabs " Ltd. through the development of management capacity and implementation of ICT

Buzly Labs EOOD was established in 2010 with headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company expertise is in the field of developing applications and operation software for mobile platforms like iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The company's policy is to provide high-quality products to its customers. The project proposal to be presented focuses on certification activities, implementing several management and product / service standardization systems to acquire foreign and national quality standards in the "Information and communication technologies" sector. The representative goal the company sets is to develop the management capacity and reach stable process of growth after an entire re-engineering of the business processes, developing new software and certifying the products Buzly Labs EOOD are providing, here to be included the three international quality standards: EN ISO 9001: 2015; EN ISO 14001: 2015, EN ISO / EIC 27001: 2012. The investment planned within the project expectedly would effect in increasing productivity of the company and to developing new products and services, mobile applications of the support instrument. Additionally, developing a strategy to boost the company's export potential is planned within the project implementation in order to pin export sales growth at 30%. Whilst no such activity was on the current company's budget, the latter will create the basic effect on behalf of Buzly Labs EOOD. Besides the export, the project investment will increase the sales income with approximately 30% on yearly bases. Along with the economic, the project is aiming to acquire a social effect, whilst the project implementation requires to open up a one new job position and up to 4 positions for high-qualified employees in period of 3 years after the project end.
