The project proposal envisages investments that will enhance the management capacity and the potential for growth of Charlton LTD. For this purpose, the project includes 4 activities: 1. Development and strengthening the management capacity of Charlton Ltd. through implementation and certification to the ISO 3834: 2005 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. 2. Development and strengthening the management capacity of the Charlton Ltd. through the purchase of specialized equipment necessary to meet the requirements of ISO 3834: 2005 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. As part of this activity will be purchased specialized equipment nessesary to cover the requirements of the ISO 3834: 2005; 3. Development and strengthening the management capacity Charlton Ltd. through implementation and certification system for Environmental Management ISO 140001: 2004. 4. Promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and implementation of ERP system. 5. Measures to promote the EU financial contribution to the project - Placement of information board.
