Enhancing the management capacity of BULINTERIOR TRADE LTD

"Bulinterior Trade" Ltd. was established in 2013 with main scope of activity a production of upholstered furniture. The company posses an leased production base in the industrial zone of Lovech town. In the short time of its existence and based on the professional experience, the management of the company realizes the urgent need of management capacity expansion, thereby improving organizational management of "Bulinterior Trade" LTD. For the purpose, the following activities for management capacity development and fortification are set in the project: 1. Implementation and certification of Integrated quality and environmental management system in accordance with BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015 standards requirements. 2. Delivery and installation of new equipment, contributing to the implementation of Integrated quality and environmental management system in accordance with BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and BDS EN ISO 1401: 2015 standards requirements. With the current project "Bulinterior Trade" Ltd. aims to increase its management capacity, which helps to the development of a competitive and efficient production business. The implemented integrate system according to standards BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015 will lead to an improvement of the quality of products and services offered by the enterprise, simultaneously with increased environmental responsibility. The increased productivity and internationally accepted certification will improve the competitiveness of the company and will allow to "Bulinterior Trade" Ltd. to stand permanently in foreign markets.
