Developing the management capacity and growth of HiEnd Publishing Ltd. by implementation of ICT-based systems for business process management

HiEnd Publishing Ltd. is a leading publisher of monthly technology magazines in the country intended for the general public. The company has also leading positions in publishing of lifestyle magazines with free distribution and extensive experience in production of printed periodicals and product catalogue on behalf of clients, offering complete solutions from concept development to implementation of the publication of the final drawing. HiEnd Publishing owns publishing rights for all products under HiComm and Go Guide brands (electronic and print publications, websites) which have more than 11-year history. Developing successful business, the company accumulated a growing volume database of current and future projects - planning, production and distribution of its own publications, advertising, distribution channels, locations for distribution, supply of materials, customers, partners, etc. This requires investment in advanced ICT based solution for resource management and business processes, and providing the necessary hardware infrastructure for the smooth operation and security of the information integrated in it. The dynamic development of markets and IT technology and ever-increasing customer demands require excellent organization of resources and effective management decisions, thanks to which SMEs can increase their competitive advantages, export potential and their business results. This project is the next step in the development of the candidate and provides the ERP system resource management and hardware necessary for its successful implementation. The ability to grant part of the costs for the realization of the investment is a key factor in starting the project and guarantee for achieving the projected results, achieved full compliance with the objectives of OPIC 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria and the purpose of this procedure for selection of projects.
