Investments to improve the management capability in METIX Ltd.

The project proposal of METIX Ltd. aims to develop management capacity of the company by improving the quality management, the impact on the environment caused by its production processes and to promote the use of ICT as a factor for sustainable corporate development on the national and the European market. The specific objectives are: • To migrate the company's existing Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the new version of the standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 by using consulting and re-certification services; • To improve the processes of management and organization of activities in METIX Ltd. through the introduction of an ERP system; • Ensure adequate compliance with all European and national norms and standards relating to the principles of environmental protection through migration of the existing quality and environmental management system in accordance with the standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The general and the specific objectives will be achieved through the following two activities: 1) Consulting and re-certification services for migration of an integrated quality and environmental management system to the new version of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; 2) Acquisition and implementation of ERP software for business processes management. The duration of the project is planned to be 12 months.
