Development and implementation of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system at Zographic films LTD

This project proposal aims to address the development of the management capacity and growth of "Zographic films" LTD. The successful execution of the project will entail several important results: * Improvement of the processes of planning and decision-making * Organization of the resources * Improvement of the process of providing and marketing services * Internationalization of products These results may be achieved through the system of unified planning (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning), considered today to be the most high-end business information system. "Zographic films" operates in one of the most attractive and fast growing sectors - production of films, animation, special effects and rendering. The work requires an ERP, as resource planning (material, time, human, financial, etc.) is crucial. The subject of this project proposal is the introduction of an ERP system in the work of "Zographic films" which will methodologically cover 10 important processes for the company through 10 interconnected modules, including eco-module and an internationalization of sales module. To participate in international projects "Zographic films" will benefit from the introduction and certification of a management system in compliance with national / European / international standards - BDS EN ISO 14001. Through its implementation, the commercial image and the internationalization of products and services of the company will improve. To service the ERP system, the acquisition of high technology assets is included in the project proposal - 3 servers and the required network equipment: (1) ERP server (2) Server for client data (3) Backup-server The project will be implemented in the company’s new data center (render farm) in the city of Vratsa as part of the network equipment and the Backup-Server will be installed at the headquarters of “Zographic films” in Sofia in order to establish the connection with the ERP server.
