Developing management capacity of "Bultem" Ltd. – Haskovo

Overall objective: Developing management capacity and growth "BULTEM" LTD through use of specialized services leading to improved export advantages of the company and its competitiveness. Specific objectives: - introduction and implementation of effective management systems and provision of objective quality assurance of products, services and processes offered by the company on the European and world market; - reengineering processes in "BULTEM" LTD to achieve a fundamental rethinking and a complete redesign of business processes to achieve radical improvements in key indicators of the enterprise In order to achieve the planned results by the realization of the project is scheduled to be completed the following activities: - Organization and Project Management - Development and strengthening of management capacity through implementation and certification of quality management according to EN ISO 14001:2015 - Development and strengthening of management capacity through updating and re-certification of already introduced by the company of quality management according to EN ISO 9001:2008 - Development and strengthening of management capacity through investment in new equipment that contribute to compliance with the requirements of the entered re-certified of quality management according to EN ISO 9001:2015 - Development and strengthening of management capacity using specialized consulting services for reengineering processes in the enterprise - Providing information and project publicity Total eligible cost: 155 330.02 lev Grant: 108 731.01 lev (70%) Duration: 18 months Expected results: improving the capacity of "BULTEM" LTD for a successful presence of intense competitive foreign markets by introducing and implementing management systems and through the implementation of activities for reengineering processes in the enterprise; increased public awareness of the EU financial contribution to the project.
