Developing management capacity and creation of opportunities for growth in Mnemonica AD by introducing of a enterprise resource planning system.

The project proposal aims at the improvement of the competitiveness, development of the management capacity and creation of opportunities for growth of Mnemonica AD by promotion of the implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) and services through purchase and delivery of enterprise resource planning system (ERP). The successful implementation of the project activities will satisfy the necessities of the company of optimization and improvement of the organization and management processes. Mnemonica AD identifies as main target groups the companies’ employees, customers and suppliers. The planned project activities are as follows: • Promotion of the implementation of ICT and services through the purchase and delivery of an ERP system in Mnemonica AD • Promotion of the implementation of ICT and services through the purchase and delivery of new equipment necessary for the proper operation of the ERP system • Project visualization and publicity The successful implementation of the project activities will bring the following results: • Acquired and delivered ERP system • Optimization of business processes in the enterprise • Improved planning and decision making processes in the organization and greater employee satisfaction • Improved resources organization • Increased production productivity of the enterprise by 19% • Improved customer relationships and increased quality of the service • Increase in net incomes in result of the optimized sales process and improved quality of the provided services • Internationalization of services and increasement of the average revenues generated from exports
