Wheel for capacity and prosperity in OGI-INVEST

The overall objective of the project is to develop management capacity and growth Ltd. "OGI INVEST" by supporting specialized services and promote the use of information and communication technologies and services. The project will implement the following activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity of the enterprise - will be introduced and certified ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015; will be purchased equipment needed for the implementation of existing standards; will be used specialized consulting services for re-engineering of processes in the enterprise; investments will be done in new equipment as a result of the services for re-engineering of processes in the enterprise. In parallel, will be implemented following activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services: will be developed and implemented individual ICT-based software to manage the business processes in the enterprise; investments will be done in new equipment, contributing to the introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes in the enterprise. The visualization of the project will be made in three main areas: overall visualization of the project in an innovative and specific to the candidate's way - 3 wallpapers, design and applied in construction as "cassette box"; Providing public information about the project in a special separate section of the company website http://www.ogi-invest.com; pads made from eco materials that will represent the results of the project in Bulgarian and English language. The expected project results are: improved capacity of "OGI INVEST" ltd. for a successful presence of Bulgarian and foreign markets; increased volume of exports of goods and services generated by the company; higher productivity of the enterprise.
