Introduction of ERP system in BARI KBK GROUP Ltd. enhancing company's competitiveness

The goal of the current project proposal is purchase and implementation of an integrated ERP system in BARI KBK GROUP Ltd. and the purchase and installation of server /1 piece/ and working stations /5 pieces/. With the introduction of the ERP system for planning and resource management the company's management aims to solve the problems in the administration of company's activities - managing the relationships with suppliers, inventory management, the production process. Positive impact is also expected in the business processes management - pricing, bidding, reporting of orders from the costumer's request to its payment. Currently, incoming ordering information is processed manually. The accounting and the billing is done on a local product "Business Navigator". The sales data transfer for accounting is done manually by export / import modules in another local unit of the "Business Navigator". The payments' record is another independent stage. This fragmentation of the data processing effects the update of the information, that requires keeping manual records for tracking the bank payments on customers' invoices. Actually the automation of the operational monitoring of the financial obligations to customers is one of the "bottlenecks" in the company's management. The purchase and the implementation of the ERP system for planning and management of company's resources and the resulting optimization of the key processes in the company will upgrade the achieved high level of technical equipment and will significantly enhance company's competitiveness. The project implementation will enable the rapid and effective decision-making, will shorten the processing time of documents and orders, will achieve better efficiency and dynamics of the cash flows and will create opportunities to enter new markets.
