Implementing of integrated system for production and bussiness management in ASPASIA-92 Ltd.

The project proposal will meet the need for implementation of an integrated information management system for the enterprise. It should be introduced, because ASPASIA has dramatically increased its market share and improved its market position in the last years, namely because of the increased amount of output, larger share of sales both on domestic and foreign markets, expanding distribution network and attracting new customers, and greater number of employees. The accumulation of this large volume of data impedes their processing. This leads to a lack of integrated and timely information, weak current control, slow and not inflexible adaptation to the constantly changing external factors. Proper planning, control of production and business processes, the effective use of resources has become a problem. The project provides for activities for acquisition and deployment of ICT based software to optimize business processes in the enterprise, which will contribute to improve efficiency and control costs, to streamline operations, consolidate information and its analysis, thus making adequate management decisions. New equipment and specialized software needed for the operation of the control system will be purchased. -Main objective of the project proposal: Increasing the competitiveness of Aspasia -92 Ltd., using information and communication technologies to optimize production and business processes in the enterprise for effective planning and use of resources. -Specific objective that will contribute to a better competitive position on the Bulgarian and foreign market and achieve the main goal: Implementing of ICT based system for the management and organization of resources, production activity and core business processes -Expected results: Lower costs for raw materials, labor Increased productivity Increased export potential Satisfied customers Available financial resources as a result of inventory optimizing
