Implementing a business management system in dWare Ltd.

DWARE Ltd. was founded on 10.11.1989 and has offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, Gabrovo and Vratsa. The main business involves the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems. Furthermore, for the successful implementation of the systems developed, the company has a training center with five rooms - two in Sofia and one in Plovdiv, Burgas and Varna. The goal of the project is the development, implementation and use of information system for management of business processes in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the organization and ensuring the quality and reliability of services offered, as will mainly be aimed at improving the performance of the company in international markets. Planned development and implementation of information system will be specific to the company and also pass through the specific steps fixed-term programs. The activity in the project is aimed precisely towards the realization of the purpose and enterprise development by encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services. All of this activity is organized mainly in the form of tasks that descend to implement a term, responsible and expected result. For the gradual increase in the workload and the associated increase of engaged employees, more difficulties are found in the process of company management, the distribution of tasks, monitor their correct implementation, the implementation of feedback communication with customers and correct compliance with the set processes. Therefore information system for managing business processeswill be implemented under this project . The project will be realised in the company office in town Vratsa, where a server provided by the company will be uploaded with a view to the desire of the company to develop its business in the poor regions.
