Development of management capacity of Bulgarian rose JSc

The introduction of new equipment in the manufacture of Bulgarian Rose AD increases the production capacity and the capacity of the company as a whole. Beside the positive effect on the turnover of the company, the introduction of new equipment inevitably leads to an increase in the volume and the variety of tasks in the activities of organization and management of the supply and distribution, the relationships with contractors and the utilization of waste from production. This project is a result of the arising need for improvement in the management capacity, achievement of sustainable growth and greater extent of internationalization of the company in terms of its increasing production capacity. Within 17 months will be implemented the following activities: acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for business process management (new modules in the ERP system) in the enterprise; and purchase of new equipment, contributing to the introduction of these new modules in it. The envisaged activities encourage the use of ICT and services for the company’s activities and create conditions for the automation and optimization in the management of the above activities in the company. As a result from the project will be improved over 5 processes for organization and management of the activities in Bulgarian rose and will be introduced 3 organizational innovations. The overall effect of the project for the company will be long lasting, consisting in the presence of real conditions for strengthening and improving management and production capacity of the company, which will inevitably lead to sustainable growth of the company, creation of new and improvement of competitive advantages for expand and better presence in the dynamic and highly competitive foreign markets. The project is in line with the EU horizontal policies for sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination and contributes to the implementation of those horizontal principles.
