As an institution which coordinates and carries out the state policy to encourage the development and internationalisation of the Bulgarian SME, BSMEPA is the structure that is directly responsible for the provision of adequate institutional support for the Bulgarian enterprises. To increase the quantity and value of the Bulgarian export are necessary targeted and continuous efforts in the logistical and financial support for their participation in fairs, specialized fairs and other events of which may establish contacts with foreign partners and to be measured with the average level for SME in the European and international plan. As the ratio of the total number of existing SME, the share of Bulgarian SME, which carry out the active forms of internationalisation is significantly below the level in the EU countries. This requires the reorientation of the activities of the SME from widely overlapped areas involves worldwide proceedings with low added value to the assignment of market niches on the basis of specific competitive advantages and innovative products with high added value. To overcome these problems and constraints requires logistical and financial support by the state and the European institutions. With the implementation of this project will be taken concrete measures in the direction of the provision of this necessary support. In the project are provided for activities to support the internationalisation of the Bulgarian companies such as participation in international fairs and exhibitions abroad and in Bulgaria, as well as participation in international conferences, contact exchanges and forums.
