Support for Building and Strengthening the Capacity of the Cable Operators Cluster Sim Net

Cable operator cluster Sim Net is a voluntary, self-organizing association, based on mutual trust between its members. It was registered in 2016. At present, Sim Net has 16 members. With the implementation of this project, the association will build a cluster administrative team that will help creating additional added value and consequently increasing competitiveness of its members. According to the benchmarking carried out by Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency, in accordance with the methodology approved under this procedure, the candidate unification is a cluster in the initial stage of development. The proposed project includes the following activities and subactivities under Component 1 and Component 2 of the Cluster Development Process in Bulgaria: 1. Creating and providing resources for the cluster's administrative body by providing the necessary staff to manage and coordinate cluster activities; 2. Develop a strategy for the internationalization of the cluster and support for entering other markets; 3. Increasing the capacity of the administrative body of the management and coordination cluster; 4. Activities aimed at supporting cluster development and attracting new members; 5. Activities to promote cluster marketing; 6. Understanding international experience in the sector 7. Publicity and visualization of the project. The implementation of the project will improve the interaction between members in terms of design, quality, product development, marketing, etc., by applying new production decisions and developing the innovative potential of members, leading to increased productivity, Value added, access to markets, and hence increase the competitiveness of members and expand their export capacity.
