Wellness and health innovative decisions cluster - development, cooperation, internationalization.

Wellness and health innovation decisions cluster is established as a result of the identified need for a link between innovation, high technology and health and wellness services. The integration of software companies, innovative startups and medical expertise will deliver conceptually new products and services. Improving customer and public access to health services in general will be at the heart of a new product line developed by cluster members. The main objective of the project proposal is to support the development and enhance the capacity and co-operation of the Wellness and health innovation decisions cluster Ltd as a model for boosting competitiveness and business development. Specific project objectives are: - Building and supporting organizational and administrative strengthening of the cluster by creating an administrative body and increasing the administrative and managerial capacity. - Creating cooperation and collaboration and internationalization through cluster development support activities and promoting cluster marketing. The objectives of the project will be achieved through a series of activities, including capacity building activities and promotion of cluster marketing. An administrative body of the cluster will be set up and a series of measures will be implemented to attract new members and promote cluster services and products. Through the implementation of the project, the cluster will contribute to enhancing the degree of integration and cooperation of local companies towards the maximum utilization of their capacity to develop competitive business products and services and to promote the active presence on the regional, national and foreign markets=
