Support for the organizational and administrative development of Cluster "Information and Communication Technologies - Blagoevgrad"

Association "Cluster Information and communication technologies - Blagoevgrad" was created in late 2016 by SMEs Representatives of the Bulgarian ICT business, the municipality of Blagoevgrad, the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Ukraine, as well as the Southwest University "Neofit Rilski". Cluster ICT - Blagoevgrad has as main activity the "pooling of the efforts and the opportunities of the partners in compliance with and in pursuance of the goals set by the National Development Program" Bulgaria 2020 ", the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization of the Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2020, strategy for small and medium enterprises 2014-2020 and concept of the Council of Ministers to promote the training of software developers in connection with the development of information and communication technologies "ka o has achieved full compliance with the objectives of this program for grants, as well as the design and orientation of the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020. ICT Cluster - Blagoevgrad is a strategic cluster initiative of the Bulgarian ICT business and scientific communities. The mission of the organization is to work to improve the competitiveness of the Bulgarian ICT industry by supporting ICT SMEs, encouraging the development of clusters and creating new business opportunities through cross-border, cross-sectoral and inter-cluster cooperation. This project proposal includes activities under Component 1 and Component 2 of the procedure aimed at creating, resourceing and increasing the capacity of the cluster's administrative body, promoting cluster marketing, activities to attract new members and supporting cluster development at national and international level . The ability to finance a part of the cluster's costs to start its business is a factor for sustainability and achieving the expected results in a shorter timeframe.
