Support for Building and Strengthening the Capacity of "Electromobility” Cluster

The overall objective of the project is to promote the establishment and organisational and administrative strengthening of the "Electromobility" Cluster in order to meet the need to speed up the cooperation among the Cluster members, reduce the time for creating common cluster products and increase the efficiency and added value for all Cluster members. In order to achieve its main objective, the project includes the following activities under Component 1 and Component 2 of this procedure: 1.Creation and provision of resources for the activity of the Cluster's administrative body. 2. Increasing the capacity of the administrative body to manage and coordinate the cluster. 3. Promotion of cluster marketing. 4. Supporting cluster development and attracting new members. 5. Publicity and visualisation of the project. The applicant is a micro enterprise categorised as a cluster in the initial stage of development and the economic activity code of this project is “Production of bicycles and wheelchairs", code 30.92 under NACE.BG-2008, therefore the project fits into the eligible target groups of this procedure. The expected results from the implementation of the project are the following: 1. Establishment of an administrative and expert body for managing and coordinating the cluster's activity and for increasing its capacity. 2. Popularisation of the cluster's activity and its members both nationally and internationally, and encouraging the interaction among them by promoting cluster marketing. 3. Increasing the competitiveness of Cluster members. In this sense, the project contributes to achieving the expected outcomes of this procedure, specifically to increase the degree of integration and cooperation of local suppliers to utilise their maximum capacity to develop competitive business products and services and to promote their active presence on the regional, national and foreign markets.
