The overall objective of this project proposal is to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness of the Small and Medium Exporters' Cluster and its members through support for building and strengthening its administrative and managerial capacities, product and service development, expanding market positions, attracting new members of the cluster. The specific objectives of the project are: -Development of a sustainable market for the Cluster products and services through a variety of marketing activities and events and trainings for the cluster team and members; -Development of the administrative capacity and the internationalization and export skills of the cluster team and its members; - Applying a cluster label and cluster promotion on the domestic and European markets; - Cluster development and products and services offered by attracting new members and exchanging ideas and know-how, and including the cluster in European cluster networks and initiatives. The project includes two-pronged activities to build and develop cluster administrative cluster capacity and to promote the cluster and its products and services, attracting new members, internationalization.
