Institutional building and market positioning of the "Bultehnoplast Cluster"

"Cluster Bulthenoplast" Association is a non-profit legal entity for carrying out activity for private benefit, which was established on 11.10.2016 on the basis of Art.1 and Art.19 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities. The following 13 legal entities (ten Bulgarian enterprises, one foreign company, one non-governmental organization and one higher education institution) are members of the cluster: Bituleit Ltd; Signalizacia Ltd; CD Media Ltd; Jupiter 05 Ltd; Jupiter - Metal Ltd.; ZGP Ltd; ZGP Bulgaria Jsc; A.D. HOLD Ltd; PATNA SIGNALIZATSIYA - BALGARIYA Ltd; MATEL OOD; "CITM" Ltd; Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and "Safe Movement" Foundation. The main objective of the association is to establish a partnership between companies, educational institutions and state institutions in the field of road safety and the production of technical means for improving road safety, which in turn contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for the development of the companies In the cluster, to increase their competitiveness at national and international level Within the framework of this project, the following activities are foreseen for: - building and strengthening the cluster management and administration body - functioning cluster structure - resource provision for the administrative body for the needs of cluster functioning - created conditions for the employees - organizing information events in the country to present the cluster and attract new members - recruit new members and clients - developing a strategy for cluster internationalization and consultancy services for entering new markets (including research and information on target markets) - Participation in national and international exhibitions and fairs - creating collaborations, attracting new clients and promoting the cluster and its activities - promotional activities the name and brand of the cluster and its products and services - publicity and project visualization activities.
