Improvement of the production capacity of Savel Ltd.

Foreseen in the present project is the realization of common production investments and implementation of new technologies in Savel Ltd. for improvement of the production capacity for growth through effective and efficient use of the production factors. For the manufacturing of solid wood panels and after a procedure for contractor selection according to the requirements of the Law for management of the means from European Structural and Investment Funds and Decree of the Council of Ministers № 160 / 01.07.2016, will be purchased: wideband sanding machine with 2 bands; 4-side planer machine with 4 spindles; multi-spindle drilling machine with 4 drill heads and an aspiration system with inverter control. The new high-productive and aspiration equipment will help to improve the production processes in the enterprise, optimize the production chain and increase of production capacity. The characteristics of existing products will be improved and the company's product portfolio will be diversified with new products and services with high added value and quality that will enable the company to utilize the available market opportunities by starting to sell the solid wood panels on the domestic and external markets. The implementation of the project activities will lead to higher productivity, resource efficiency and effectiveness of the production factors through implementation of modern technologies, the export potential of the enterprise will be strengthened and market sustainability will be achieved. The successful realization of the project will have a comprehensive positive effect on the entire production process, the competitiveness of the domestic and foreign markets and the financial results of Savel Ltd.
