Ansa Borima Ltd. is specialized in the production of plastic parts for electromechanical products for the needs of machine building and electrical engineering. To date, the company has a strong need to improve the quality of production and optimize business processes in the enterprise. For this purpose, three main activities are foreseen within the project: 1) Support for enterprise growth through quality improvement (to be achieved by purchasing and deploying: Dynamometer-1pc) 2) Supporting Enterprise Growth by Encouraging the Use of ICT and Services (through implementation and implementation of Integrated Business Process Management Software - 1pc) 3) Awareness and publicity activity; The implementation of the activities will have a positive impact on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing the quality of production, optimizing business processes in the enterprise and increasing the export potential of the company. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity in plastic molding, increase its average export earnings, exploit its market potential, and launch a new own end product that will advertise the LAG territory. The company will improve the efficiency of its production costs, resulting in optimal return on investment. All requirements related to the visualization of the project will be met during implementation.
