Improvement of the production capacity of "Elegance Mebel" Ltd

The candidate "Elegance Mebel" Ltd. is one of the leading and successful companies in the territory of “MIG-Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugyrchin”. It is specialized in the traditional production of high quality massive furniture (pine, beech, cherry, ash and oak) for the needs of both the national and especially the foreign markets. The applicant is certified under the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Its production base is located in Troyan. The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the manufacturing processes in the applicant's enterprise by introducing high-tech and advanced production equipment from the thematic area of Mechatronics and Clean Technology of the Intelligent Specialization Information System. To achieve this goal, the purchase of modern high-performance equipment, Automatic broadband Grinder and Screw Compressor with Inverter, Kit with Refrigeration Dryer and Receiver. The main expected outputs of the project can be summarized as follows: - increasing and improving the company's productivity by 45.33%; - increasing the efficiency of production costs by 16.41%; - increasing the market share of the company on its target domestic and foreign markets and in particular increasing export revenues by 28.34%; - increasing the quality of the furniture produced and reducing the production time; - creating of two new job positions; - a significant reduction of the heavy unattractive work in the enterprise; - energy savings for unit production - up to 20%.
