Improving the production capacity of 'Tempodem' Ltd., Trud village

Tempodem Ltd. is a company with traditions in the production of corrugated cardboard and corrugated transport packages, registered in 1996 in the village of Trud, Maritsa Municipality. The first private factory in the country for corrugated cardboard has a varied product list of the offered packaging, allowing for the use of the company's products to supply the needs of the food and light industry: for storage, transportation, consumption, gifts and others, as well as everyday life. The packaging boxes of Tempodem Ltd. are produced in sizes and quality, meeting the standards of the European Union. They can be delivered for manual assembly or for placement by mobile machinery - depending on the customer's order. The present project shall offer a solution to the major problems and obstacles to the development of the company, namely: - High production costs and the demand to optimize the production process; - Using obsolete equipment for the process of corrugated cardboard cutting - one of the main production processes in the company; - Absence of sufficient production capacity to meet the demand for the company's production. The project provides for the purchase of new production equipment - a longitudinal cutter for corrugated cardboard to replace the available cutter. The new equipment is expected to lead to improved productivity, efficient and cost-effective use of production factors. The equipment shall improve resource efficiency and the cost-effectiveness of the production process. The design of the project proposal is in line with the EU's horizontal policies, specifically - with equality and non-discrimination policies - promoting equal opportunities for all, as well as with the principles of sustainable development. The activities, set out in the project shall be realized on the territory of the Maritsa municipality - in the village of Trud within 12 months.
